I'm a sucker for anything that pretends to be healthy, such as these vegetable root chips from Trader Joe's. Have you had them? Oh heaven....

Hmmmm.... not so much. When you REALLY look at the nutritional ingredients of these "healthy" snacks they aren't all they are cut out to be. I guess they aren't so bad if you only eat SEVEN of them. Ha. Ya right.
They sure are delicious.
